For a more tailored look, tapersawn shakes deliver a smoother finish than handsplit shakes. The thick shakes offer high insulative value, outstanding weather resistance, and the proven longevity. Tapersawn shakes have a smooth, uniform look similar to a shingle but are applied like a shake due to the thickness.
